Returns & Refunds.
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, that is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of the order date.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all the correct parts and components and the packaging is in the correct condition as it arrived
- normal handling of the product is clear, if the product contains breakage/damage due to careless handling, we will refuse this return.
- products for which hygiene is important are thoroughly cleaned before the return process
- the product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt
- We have the right to charge the customer shipping costs and/or administration costs. We also have the right to refuse the return if the customer finds that it does not meet the above points (1 to 4) and/or the return days have passed, also due to late deliveries by delivery services.
- a return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period
- After your return has been processed, the payment for your product will be refunded to you within 30 days using the same payment method used when purchasing the product.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
*Please note that we are not responsible for cases where the return period of 30 days after the order date has passed due to delays by the delivery service or lengthy procedures at customs. In some cases, we are open to goodwill and may consider exceptions within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us for this.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return procedure.

Please make sure the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First name + Last name
- Address details
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return to the sender , we will send you the correct address after you ask us. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product and for an incorrect return to the sender.
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes which are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
Guarantee
You only have a guarantee on the product for which it is stated in advance on our website that this product contains a guarantee. The guarantees for our specific products fall under the responsibility of the manufacturer, not of Lavva-london.com For any problems after a few weeks/months/years, we refer you to the manufacturer for warranty handling.
Swap
Exchange is possible, however, the original item must be returned at your own expense and then you can reorder the item. After the returned item is received, the amount will be refunded. However, a new payment must be made for the new order.
Please note that we do not offer free returns, there are costs involved.
All returns will be shipped at the customer's expense.
